Free Breast Screening

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is committed to providing state-of-the-art breast services to all women. Thanks to a grant from the Greater Atlanta Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, qualifying women may receive free breast imaging services including:

• Screening Mammography
• Diagnostic Mammography
• Breast Ultrasound
• Ultrasound Core Biopsy
• Stereotactic Core Biopsy
• Breast MRI and MRI Guided Core Biopsy (currently available at Piedmont Hospital only)

Patients should be referred by a physician or can complete and return the form to see if they qualify. If a patient qualifies and does not have a physician, she will receive help finding a physician to follow her care.
